Our site is built almost entirely around free travel guides and inspiration, but we do offer a small selection of paid digital products (primarily detailed route packs, printable planning kits, and occasional premium itinerary downloads). This policy covers exactly what happens if you purchase one of those items.
General Rule – Digital Products Are Non-Refundable
Because every paid product is delivered instantly and can be downloaded or accessed immediately after payment, all sales are considered final. Once the file is in your inbox or your account, we cannot take it back or “unsee” it, so we do not offer refunds under normal circumstances.
Exceptions We Actually Honor
We’re human and we understand things sometimes go wrong the moment you click “buy.” If any of the following happens, write to us within 48 hours of purchase and we will fix it instantly, no hard feelings:
You were charged twice for the same item
You received a completely broken or empty file that cannot be opened
The product you received is verifiably not the one described on the sales page (wrong destination, wrong language, etc.)
You clicked buy by pure accident and contacted us within minutes without downloading anything
In every one of these cases we will refund you 100 % immediately, usually the same hour you write.
How to Request the Exception
Send one short email to [email protected] with your transaction ID (or the receipt you received) and a one-sentence explanation. We read every message ourselves and reply fast; there is no outsourced support team to fight with.
Physical Goods (If We Ever Ship Any)
At the moment we do not sell or ship anything physical, but if we ever decide to offer printed maps or similar items in the future, those purchases will carry a 14-day return window from the day you receive them, provided the item is unused and in original condition. You would cover return postage, and we would refund the full product price upon receipt.
Currency & Payment Processor Rules
All transactions are processed in US dollars through established payment providers. Any currency-conversion fees or chargeback fees imposed by your bank or card issuer are outside our control and non-refundable by us.
Changes to This Policy
Should we ever introduce new types of products or subscription services, we will update this page clearly and notify existing customers. The version you see at the moment of purchase is the one that applies to that transaction.
